You must read and fully understand these terms and conditions before using our platform. By registering at nbaiee, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

1 General Provisions

nbaiee (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider that serves users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between nbaiee and you (the user).

By visiting the nbaiee website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Important: These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

nbaiee reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use gaming or betting services at nbaiee:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
  • You must be legally residing or present in Bangladesh.
  • You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity.
  • You must act on your own behalf and with your own funds.
21+ Only: This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

nbaiee reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) processes at any time. Users may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of age, and documents for address verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Management

When creating an account at nbaiee, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account termination.

  • A maximum of one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.
  • Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.
  • The responsibility for maintaining account security rests entirely with the user.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • Transferring or selling account details is strictly prohibited.

If you change your contact information or any other details, you must notify our customer service immediately. nbaiee will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Financial Terms

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions at nbaiee:

Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (per payment method)  |  Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500  |  Withdrawal Time: 10–45 minutes

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

  • Funds deposited into your account can only be withdrawn through the registered payment method used.
  • Use the correct amount and correct payment reference when making a deposit. nbaiee is not responsible for delayed or failed transactions caused by incorrect information.
  • Withdrawal request processing time is 10 to 45 minutes — this may be longer due to technical circumstances or verification requirements.
  • nbaiee reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled if fraud is suspected.
  • Using third-party accounts for transactions is strictly prohibited.
  • nbaiee is not responsible for currency conversion losses or banking fees.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

nbaiee offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are provided subject to specific conditions:

Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 10 times (10x).

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, totalling ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive a ৳10,000 bonus, totalling ৳28,000.
  • Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x).
  • After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time limit, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Each user may claim a specific bonus offer only once.
  • Bonus funds are not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • Using multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
  • nbaiee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers without notice.
  • VIP Program cashback benefits: Bronze — 0.4% weekly, Silver — 0.8%, Gold — 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5%.

Gaming Policies

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming at nbaiee:

  • All bets and gaming decisions are considered final. Results will not be changed unless caused by a technical error.
  • nbaiee operates on a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play principles. All game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
  • If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, nbaiee reserves the right to apply the correct result.
  • In sports betting, odds are subject to change and the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with nbaiee's own policy.
  • If an unusual betting pattern is detected on any game or event, we reserve the right to void or review those bets.

Live casino games (such as those provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) are operated under the rules of the respective third-party providers. Those rules are available within the game interface.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaiee platform:

  • Account hacking, or use of viruses or malware.
  • Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  • Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using another person's account.
  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent bonus claims.
  • Collusion or fraudulent coordination in games.
  • Selling or transferring account details.
  • Harassing or deceiving other users.
Any user found engaging in the above prohibited activities will have their account immediately terminated, all funds forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

9 Responsible Gambling

  • Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances) — such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
  • Financial losses from gaming, which are a normal outcome of gameplay.

In any circumstance, nbaiee's maximum liability will be limited to the actual amount deposited in your account.

Final Provisions

11 Changes to Terms and Termination

nbaiee reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform for significant changes.

  • Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published.
  • Continued use of the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
  • You may contact our support team at any time to close your account.
  • The terms applicable to ongoing bets or earned bonuses will be determined by the terms in effect at the time the bet was placed or the bonus was earned.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
